General description
.Hot carving shelf .18 gauge non-magnetic stainless steel exterior has a recessed surface to catch drippings .The shelf is furnished with one cutting board NSF listed .The heated shelf base is controlled by one adjustable thermostat with a range of 1 through 10, includes one ON/OFF switch and one indicator light .Two adjustable 250 watt infrared heat lamps are controlled by one ON/OFF switch
