.Heavy gauge 304L SS top construction 2.5 mm (316 available uppon request) .Entire chassis & internal frame constructed in 304 L .Side panels constructed in 1.2 mm thick 304 L SS grade .20 mm thick Griddle plate built with XC 65 smoothly polished and Hard Chrome platted. No flavor transfer. .Insulated SS Incoloy heating elements .Splash guards including easy to clean grease chanel around the four sides of the plate. C/w removable grease drawer .Radius edge and a chicane design ensures a fully watertight facia unit easy to clean. .Waterproof (IPX 65) recessed controls for choc protection. .Plug & play connection by the front for immediat servicing. .Accurate and pro-active electronic temperature control ensure fast recovery & allow to cook at lower temperature (Maximum 230° C). .Low energy consumption and heat radiation .Overheating control and safety switch. .Force ventilated technical cabinet for long lasting of the components. .Adjustable Marine feet .Built according UPHS standard.
