.Double compartment holding cabinet .Heavy duty construction with 20 gauge stainless steel exterior casing .22 gauge non-magnetic (non corrosive) stainless steel interior .16 levels of slides for GN1/1 deep 65mm .20 gauge stainless steel door with magnetic catch .The cabinet includes two ON/OFF adjustable thermostats from 60° to 200°F (16° to 93°C), two indicator lights and two holding temperature gauges to monitor inside air temperature
