General description
Nugget Ice Machine up to 485 Kg/24h
Standard Operating Features
• High-capacity Nugget ice and Water dispenser, equipped with Vertical Transport (NVT) System.
• Nugget ice is produced in the lower portion of the machine, designed for under-counter installation. It is then
dispensed through the Ice Tower spout at a touch of a button.
• Ice is fed through a maintenance-free, connecting “ice-chimney”, into a 5 kg capacity Ice Hopper, housed in the
dispensing-tower head.
• Nugget ice is dispensed at a pace of approx. 50 grams of ice in 3 seconds.
• A daily production capacity of approx. 500 kg of nugget ice at the dispensing pace of gr.50 in 10 seconds make the
machine virtually capable of serving ice non-stop (a 7 seconds load/unload cup replacement time has been accounted for)
• Anti-microbial vapours prevent micro-organism proliferation in ice-hopper (food-safe sanitizer pouch requires monthly
replacement).
Standard Technical Features
• Hermetic compressor, 230/50/1 or 230/60/1.
• Stainless steel auger and freezing cylinder (evaporator)
• Equipped with electronic control boards
• Ice breaker made in specially strengthened alloy, allowing for greater extrusion pressure to deliver a dryer-quality of
nugget ice (92% dry).
• Long-lasting stainless steel roller-bearings.
• Double protection – electronic rotation sensor and drive coupling -on gear motor and gear reducer
• Low- water sensor protection on refrigeration and gear motor system
• Side panels are removable on all four sides to ease maintenance and after-sales service operations.
• Reduced height to ease under-counter installations.
• CFC Free R-404A refrigerant
